The buddha is emitting light and blinking it's eye. This happened on 27/2/2011. This is no hoax. Please notice the person captured in the video is not bright and it's witness by many people.

the "emitting light " was caused by the recording device adjusting its exposure when a dark hair lady entering the frame.
