Motor supports are too weak and will wobble - prop/motor combo is never trued well.Make the supports in + for reinforcement.

All propellers on a quad pushes the air down. Only the motors turn in opposite directions to counter the torque and prevent the quad from spinning like a heli copter without a tail.

it is nice, though the propellers that are turning clockwise are pushing that part down. the propellers that are turning clockwise are suppose to be angled opposite so that it will push the air up. :)
