@aramanx - both Warlord games and Wargames factory make really nice plastic roman wargame figures- means you can buy a fairly decent sized army quite inexpensively

The Romans took about five weeks to paint and base. The entire army is about 200 foot and 30 mounted figures. I don't have any real favorite rules to recommend, just what ever you would like to play, I guess. These you see here are for Warhammer Ancients, a fairly easy set to learn to play that requires not that many (by no means as many as I have, I am just a fanatic) figures.
