I've a 5 string DeVille bass. Needed new strings, the frets have all been stoned and smoothed, the action is now incredible, intonation set and the truss rod needed adjusted. Electrics also checked. Oh, and all polished and shiny :) One heck of a difference playing it now :)

@ToonToon64 I've never heard of a DeVille. I've never had great success with setups done by someone else. It kind of forced me into learning how - only the basics though.

Just took my bass in for a full service and it's costing £75+ *sobs* Still, has to be done I guess
