Hailing from the talented fam of CDR Sessions in London, Sam Shepherd aka Floating Points is just one of the most promising producers to be watched out for this year.
After sharing his various re-edits online (which were spinned by the likes of Benji B, Gilles Peterson and Domu), his retake of Real 2 Reels 'Love Me Like This' is now signed to EgLO/ R2 Records and was released on a limited 7" in February '09.

@megabass123456 edit: seems you can only get the radio version 12" and everywhere's out of stock so a couple people selling it for £30 on discogs lol :/

@mrmightyjungle Y'know I can't actually remember! I recall being all exited about it when it dropped back in '09. It was originally hosted on my old account 'Megabass12345' (got closed on an unrelated matter). I think it had close to roughly 70k views at the time :)
I don't like to post new tracks unless I think it would be beneficial in encouraging a bit of 'word-of-mouth' publicity for the artist so-to-speak, especially a new artist. Even then I'd prefer to edit it down to prevent copying.
