Korg puts its TR Music Workstation through the paces -- specifically the 88-key model (it's also available with 76 and 61 keys). The TR is based on the Triton Le, but with some important upgrades. Storage-wise, the TR gets a bump up from 32 to 64 MB of ROM and abandons SmartMedia cards in favor SD cards. (Since you asked, the answer is no, the world can never have too many mobile data storage formats.)
Like the new X50, the TR features 512 Programs and 384 Combinations (each Combination is a mixture of up to eight Programs). Because the TR has twice the ROM as the Triton Le, it is also able to support higher-quality sampled waveforms; the stereo-sampled pianos sounded particularly nice when we heard them at NAMM. Think of the TR as the Triton's smarter, faster, younger brother (but hopefully sans the tendency to rat you out to Mom for giving him an atomic wedgie).
You'd rather do another job instead of pretending to play keyboards :-(

@MtbSkl Yeah but honestly a piano sample is never going to sound like a real grand piano, i think ppl spend way too much time nit picking and arguing over forums who has the best "piano like" sound and really i think its something very minor when youre buying one of these work stations, im not even into piano myself tho so that might account for me not caring, yamaha has the most real piano to me, once again ppl in a crown wont pick apart your piano sound, they just enjoy
