John Key Climate Change

Greenpeace placed 30 toilet seats on the lawns of parliament on the day of parliament's state opening, protesting against John Key's stalling of Climate Change talks in Poznan, Poland.

New Zealand is now one of the only outliers in the developed world on Climate Change. With even the USA proposing drastic action New Zealand is singled out as taking no action on the issue. This puts our exporting businesses at great risk as the threat of a consumer backlash against our lack of action is a real threat to New Zealanders.

This is already occurring in the UK with advertising against imported products and the EU is already considering ending their trade deals with New Zealand.
