Dough:
1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (about 110 degrees)
1/3 cup sugar
about 3 1/4 cups flour

Pork filling:
1 to 1 1/2 pounds pork cut in half inch cubes
first sauce:
1/4 teaspoon ground garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Second sauce (added 1-2 minutes before you take the pork out of the pan)
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup water
