i have a ats trany but its fuckup i am waiting on a new one to get here how do u wire the switch in

I believe he has a switch wired in so that he can leave it locked when he wants. Lock it in 2nd gear and keep it locked all teh way. Faster for racing and more power to teh ground for pulling. And over 1200* wont hurt any thing as long as its only for a short burst. I regularly hol my truck over 1500* for 15 seconds sled pulling.

Your egts had to have been well above 1200*f, prime conditions for piston melting. Your top brake pedal switch isn't working if your tc is stayin locked while your on the brake pedal; it's supposed to unlock as soon as you touch the brakes.

25 to 40 in only 20 seconds. lol nice truck but dont do that if you want to keep it that way dumping that much fuel into a stock motor with a stock turbo and a stock tranny will ruin the life of your engine. but isnt it fun!!!
