Many americans are so uneducated and "asleep" (and yet so opinionated) that they miss the "gold" that Ron Paul is. "You don't throw what is holy to the dogs." The American public, as a whole, isn't ready to absorb the essentials. And, Ron Paul is talking about the essentials. Many in the military - who've been involved in the mess that the U.S. has been into, are in the 'awakened' state. That's why they're able to appreciate what Ron Paul represents. Funny idiots these americans! :)

The problem is that right around, during, and after Reagan, "Republicanism" turned into "Neo-Conservatism" What we need now is another Eisenhower, Goldwater, hell I'd even settle for a Nixon.

I would normally not vote for a republican whatsoever but since Paul is clear on the foreign policy, I´d vote for him. Obama and Clinton I slightly fear are hidden imperialists.
Imperialism eats itself and this is what is happening right before the eyes.
