  • the shooter needs to shoot in more sometimes. sometimes in a mma fight you cant just sprawl easily like that.......

  • @mainman124943jj yea, more like a jump back, I think sprawls are a little bit more explosive and you end up dropping on top of your opponent, I like this version though because you can end up in a dominant clinch and drop some knees!

  • Nice. However, the 'attacker' should change levels sometimes. Granted most street encounters will not be against a trained wrestler but sprawling on someone who changes levels when he shoots can make the technique feel a little different.
