Eustis Police "Time Out " Eustis Lake County Florida

Seems out of routine IMO.. other disp jumps in 10 9 -for a repeat

Status Clean.. Let him on his way.. He has no license to drive.. "time out" for what?.. how you doing sir.. where you going.. where you coming from.. / do we need to add .. you have anything in your pockets.. or the classic.. "Do you have any Guns, Knives, Drugs, Paraphernalia, any thing 'Illegal' I should know about" - Yes or No question? or is this only with juveniles.. I find the police department like this disrespectful and rude and not courteous whatso ever..

I post this find in search of opinions (linked from a blog) I'm not exactly sure where this city is located there's a handfull of'em accross us.. can't find the URL of the blog atm.. but it probably will be unknown..

I dont get the point? She Checked out with a hitch hiker that did not have a valid DL...So what he was not driving how is this bad? maybe someone can explain it to me.

and yal are stupid, always trying to get one up on the police...stop doing stuff wrong and the police will leave you alone..Police are only asshole and rude to people when they are rude and assholes to them. be nice to a cop and they will be nice to you...oh and stop smoke your crack, that will help too.

It's unprofessional as well she may of wanted to harass him some before "letting him on his way" sort of like the info givin for this.. "You have any guns, knives, drugs, blah blah, ANYTHING ILLEGAL I should about? YES or NO?" (this is common among harassing juveniles) this is when things get beyond a pat down.. cops often arrest people just because they want/can. not because they need to..

@ktlocke So I take it you mean an officer can ask you to "stand here", "sit down there", "move over here" and when you're confused and you move from a "location" where you were told to sit he can arrest you for resisting W/O violence.. just because he wanted to because he has a vendetta with an individual..? when you practice normal civil rights it pisses cops off.. you don't stop someone and harass them.. and look for reasons to arrest people.. simply because their opinion and possition

I'm not really sure what this is all about, but I live in the city right next to this city. The police officers in Lake County Florida ARE rude.
