  • @Seekmosttoprophesy-I agree. But, it's never been a doctrine of the church. The problem is-our gospels give very detail accounts of the crux. JOHN: 19.14-16. ..."He(pilate) said to the Jews, Behold your King! They cried out, "Away with him, crucify him!". The Jews wanted Yeshua to be crux. Although the Romans performed it, Jews cried out for it. Therefore one might say they are guilt by association. I believe this is where the problem is.

  • We Christians cannot hold the Jews responsible for killing "Jesus" because we are just as responsible for killing Jesus and anyone else. Jesus by definition, of being the truth, is killed every time that we ever told a lie. Besides that, we cannot judge because we will be judged by the same standard of measure. It was God's plan and will for Yeshua to die for us. We are all guilty of His death because He died for us. It's just silly to blame the Jews for killing Jesus and it is bad doctrine.
