I had a really hard time watching this... Not because of Joy or anything like that... It's just the fact that Justin Beiber has a line of nail polish's that bothered me...

They are at Target! :) I have make you smile on over a magenta color on my finger nails right now and it looks great. I also have it over a lighter pink on my toes which looks nice too

I was wondering, where did you get these because I live in Canada and I have the first set and some of the "exclusive" (if thats what they call it) 3rd set lacquers and I can't find the 2nd set ANYWHERE! Do you know if they have them at Walmart because I live pretty far away from there and I don't wanna go all the way there and realize it's not there, so yeahh. (:

Based off the first bieber polish video I got one less lonely glitter,which I love, and me plus blue, which I like, I really like that I've got bieber fever one from this part of the collection!

I saw them at claires last night but was rushing and didn't really look- I think I will go back tomorrow!

It would likely be easier on your nails if you just painted each nail with a different polish...
