Yes, this man is indeed a Sifu.

  • @buffmedic01 Dude just shut the fuck. Just cause he can't talk PERFECT english like you do doesn't mean you have to put such an ignorant comment. Makes you look like a hairy cunt.

  • this looks good for building striking power but locking the elbows out like that cant be good for them

  • I want the instructor to demonstrate. Until then, sadly, I believe his tummy looks like a wonton. Bruce Lee does NOT approve of this video.

  • Hardest push ups ever!!!

  • @malganus4 That's good you put it that way,i been training my whole body since 12 years old and i am no monk,i was training with a very well known shaolin monk,But not everyone starts to train there bodies at a very young age, that is sometimes not a good thing.but i do respect what you said because when i was first taught martial arts,i was developing the legs the back, torso, triceps, lower back, and even my head lol, everything really.but there is a little more for me to learn

  • I think wing tsun doesn't need a power training... it is not a power art. Ng Mui was a woman, she didn't need all this training.. But i'm not polemic with this sifu's teaching method, everyone can teach like he wants, also my sifu integrates some MMA exercises on our WT lessons :)

  • @spinningtop321 Wind chun is powerfool but it takes alot of time to lear boxing is easyer...........

  • I like how truthful the sifu is about his Wingchun. he is the real thing.

  • Seems legit.

  • @aurelienmelle Yeah. were i train some many people are like, well i can do this and that so why do i need to do that which i will never use.Its that ignorance that is the greatest difference of all. One's true Knowledge is measured through one's ignorance and we all know self knowledge is self power

  • There's an old saying, "a wise man knows that he doesn't know much at all." There's very little expressed here in this 4min video. You can either dismiss what you see because it doesn't fit what you "know" or analyze it by testing it out. If it works for you, fine. If not, fine. But at least you create an opportunity to learn something from it instead of just trying to be a comedian or wasting time trying to discredit an entire art because you assume that what you've seen is all there is to see.
