Emery have posted a clip of a new song "Scissors" on facebook. The song will be available February 1, 2011, and their new record 'We Do What We Want' comes out on March 29th on Tooth & Nail Records

This is just incredible....although I sort of wish this music was made by another band other than Emery, cause this probably means that they're leaving their old unique sense of music, although I hear a hint of it in this album...

@TheSyl2 Naw dude. I've been an Emery fan for a long time! This album is just great. There are only songs I can pick out that I love, not that I hate. The variety in this album of soft to hard is so great. They are one of the only bands I would say have an 'art' concept to their music, not just music. The things they do with their music is so talented. I love it :)

It's very different and I'm sure people who were avid fans of Emery's past music wont like this album, but I LOVE IT. =). They just moved up on my list of favorite bands haha

@TheSyl2 I would actually disagree, I have been a fan of emerys since day one, and these three songs have been some of my favorites so far, rivaling the likes of Butcher's Mouth, and Studying Politics
