  • According to 20th century traditional texts predating contemporary wushu's creation, this performer's Gong Bu is correct. By contemporary Wushu dance ettiquette, his Gong Bus are not at 90 degrees. I would not want to try to hold 90 degree stances during a fight. Watch all the martial arts competitions and tell me if you see one 90 degree gong bu. Its for looks in wushu, but not practical for martial application.

  • this is traditional xiao hong... although not necessarily the most traditional or oldest.

  • Very good! This is real Shaolin kung fu and not some frilly wushu!

  • But still, a demonstration should have good stance's to be so close to perfect as possible.

  • that's what's a little unfair: the monks don't have to do a perfect Gong Bu, Ma Bu, Pu Bu etc. Probably because the Shifu knows that they can do it if required

  • Well it's a good performence. Every move has power, and it's fast. One thing there could be better are he's Gong Bu stance. But very good performence of this form.

  • It's one of the first form that u will learn in kung fu shools and he made it realy good

  • YOU HAVE NO PLAN OF KUNG FU

  • The sight is just as up ass in meditation.
