@ssgduke56 Pearl Harbour was a state organised attack, therefore it can be justified in attacking that state. The twin towers attack was an attack by an extremist group, who can't be localised to any one nation. Not to mention the fact that similar religious extremist fighters will flock to any Islamic nation that a western force invades, so it's not really as you seem to think it is.
