This is a snippet from a programme directed by Red Planet's Keir Husband for Battersea Dog's Home in 2003. The programme won a US International Film and Video Festival Award. The voice of Blue the dog is none other than the Master himself John Simm.

  • great video..... but that part from 2:17- 2:18 must have been edited as there was no camera in that position! and then it switched back so it was 2 different times but put together to make it seem like it happend at the same time.. so 1 of the shots wasnt really the dog reacting to the older couple....

  • @snowball1988 Erm not sure what to say. Yes it was filmed at two different times. Like most films, we only used one camera, so had to move it around to give different angles to edit from going throught he same action in different takes - all perfectly normal. However all the shots were done in the same session. Indeed the whole programme was filmed over one day..

  • Thanks for your kind comments. The whole programme is shown in the reception of Battersea Dogs Home in London.!

  • I completely...LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!

  • We're glad you like it. It was fun to make!
