@JobeStroud You are just so jealous of his epicness that you fantasize him gay.If someone was to be called that,that would be Cloud.He is a fail in my opinion.He never was 1st class soldier but just an infantry man that Zack met and interacted with a few times in his missions(Crisis Core).Cloud backstabed Sephiroth(No honor in that as Angeal would say),also being a crybaby and wuss all the time.PLUS sucky friend to have such moments with Aerith since Aerith was his best friends(Zacks) gf.

@Haikalis Yeah, I also played both Dissidia games. And I also wished they'd put Vincent in it. (or Zack) I have also tried 13 and 12 but I never completed them because I really didn't like them. :/ They're like gigantic overproduced hollywood movies that only focus on visual effects.

@iSdtea Personally I played ff1,ff7,ff8,ff9,ff10,ff10-2,ff­12,ff13,ff tactics,ff-DOC ,ff-CC and the last two dissidias.Not that the last are rpg's exactly,more like DBZ games in FF style.I mostly wanted them because I was itching to fight as Sephiroth and wish they had Vincent in too.Laguna was awesome as well :)And yeah ff9 got underated.From 10 and after they started screwing up the game.I dislike/hate ff12 and ff13.They suck the most.They turned totally to graphics quality than story/gameplay.

@Haikalis I never really played 10 or any of the subsequent games in the series. I've only played 1-9 (with the exception of 3 because I can't find that game anywhere in the stores) and I think I'll be sticking to them. Zidane is a good character though. FF9 is VERY underrated and I think that's really sad because it's so good. FF6 also has really good characters and it seems like people eighter have just forgot about this game or that newcomers just don't pick it up.

@iSdtea (C)while you or others preffer the good,sensitive w/e you wanna call him and sometimes cool,guy?It's not like I hate him or something,he is good enough to be in my favorite charas list,don't get me wrong.Just in my eyes he doesn't get 1st places.I vote like this..Sephiroth then Auron then Vincent then Reno then Zell then Squall then Cloud then Zidane and lastly Tidus.Come to think of it Cloud is not only similar to Zack but Tidus as well,or at least Tidus reminded me cloud when I saw him

@iSdtea And you know,made me feel like Cloud was actually under the shadow of Sephiroth.I think many of us felt that.And I don't think that it's coincidence that many people including me ,want a ff game with Sephiroth as main character,or that we would preffer him as one.Furthermore not only he was under Sephiroth's shadow but when Vincent as well appeared with his dark mysterious and cool presence he also matched or surpassed Cloud in my eyes.Idk maybe is because I like more the bad-ass/cool(C)

@iSdtea Well he became pessimist a little after Zacks death, then that emo/pessimism got amped up by Aerith/Aeris death.I don't see what people find so different about him.As I said to me seems like the typical main hero.To be honest I liked him and thoght he was cool too when I 1st played FF7 on ps1.I thoght he was a cool mercenary/ex-soldier.But when encountered Sephiroth?Sephiroth made me feel a whole new different level.It's like he is the most or at least from the most awesome charas.

@Haikalis Yeah, I guess you're right... And again, sorry :P But for the whole "Cloud is emo" thing, I don't really agree. He was a well developed character even though he was a huge pessimist, I honestly didn't think he was that bad. Actually he's one of my favorite characters in all of gaming. He was annoying in Advent Children and Crisis Core, and I hope they don't ruin him like that in the remake of FF7. (it has got to come out sometime) And I think Squall was way worse, honestly.

@iSdtea (C)And I believe that can be seen clearly through their dialogues,even in FFDissidia games,Which I own the 2nd and duodecim.Thou these can be blamed on the S(Sephiroth/Jenova) project cells that has been injected in him.I am not sure either what happened.In any case I just dislike the way Cloud is.He seems the typical undying main character with the blonde spiky(Attract girls)hair,cause for asians ,blonde hair is special,hence super sayans form on DBZ,mixed with an emo-like personality.

@iSdtea Thou throwing someone off isn't such a great accomplishment ,even people who their strength does not match/have difference can push or throw the other.I think that Sephiroth said impossible cause maybe he didn't expect such mental strength to do such thing after Cloud got stabbed?Not sure but in the research I did ,maybe are several flaws in story cause when they created the game they had hard time building the senario.Like Cloud being a part of Sephiroth.(Continue next post)
