JWORK Limited's American Dream: "Origins" of Freedom

Sneak preview of "Origins", an animated series portraying the heroic war experiences of JWORK Limited CEO Jermaine Jenkins, set to hit the Internet on July 4, 2011.

Columbus, OH July 4, 2011 --- While overseas, JWORK Limited CEO Jermaine Jenkins' time in the military came with temporary setbacks and a near death encounter. While on a mission with his unit, Jenkins' vehicle was hit by an IED, a roadside mine-like explosive device. This incident left the JWORK Limited's CEO blinded for nearly two months; however, his temporary blindness increased his long-term vision and drive. It was during this time that JWORK Limited was born.

Not letting his experiences go without merit, Jenkins along with Freestyle Komics and Knighted Design Collective, design firms located in Columbus, OH, came together to collaborate on a project that in animation form will give the world a front row seat to the action, incidents, and honor that came with Jenkins' time serving in the United States National Guard. This comic series will give civilians a chance to experience firsthand the trials soldiers face when in foreign territory, while also serving as a reminder to those who have served in all branches of the military that life after war still goes on. The 1:09 video teaser for "Origin" is set to be released on July 4, 2011 on JWORK Limited's main website where visitors can get a sneak peek into the action.

"Through this series I hope to impact lives and remind everyone that the price we as soldiers pay is not a small one, but we do so with great pride and honor," says Jenkins. Also taking this attitude with him in regards to JWORK Limited, the company's goal is to continue to create clothing that will give people a voice and allow them to look and feel exclusive, all while living the life that was promised to us all: The American Dream. On this Independence Day, JWORK Limited and Freestyle Komics hope that viewers everywhere can find their voice in the series debut of "Origins".
