Turkey-Serbia 83-82 last min Kerem Tunceri out of bounds, steps on boundary line

This is a video from the crowd, showing how Kerem Tunceri steps on the boundary line, therefore rendering the ball out of play. This however was ignored or not seen by the judge who was staring at him. With only 4 seconds left, and the fact that Tunceri was out of bounds, the ball should have been handed over to Serbia. And probably they would have won.

"OUT OF BOUNDS. A player causes the ball to be put in play from out of bounds when the player touches all or any part of the boundary line."
