Actually there r no official dwayna and genth districts in LA and Kamadan. It should be a fight, but the ppl make them to dwayna/grenth dists like 1,3,5.. is grenth 2,4,6.. is dwayna.

I never said it was official, and you cannot see the hats anywhere, anything you might have seen was either a rumor or fake

You forgot the Jingley Bear Doom! You can get the Jingle Bear in Gwen's Garden after finishing the new EoTN quests and also there's 8 v 8 Snowball fights this year but u need an ATS team for it :(
