@xXQuebecRebelXx I'm surely not anti-Quebec....but to state that Quebec hasn't been helped since 1867 is pure bs. Quebec is the largest recipient of equalization payments...and it has been that way for many years. I'm close to 50 years old...and I've seen many concessions towards Quebec over many years...especially back in the days of Levesque. Every province can bitch about something in regard to federal politics...and Quebec is no different...
