Simple today - not easy!!! Big tyre flip - 1 rep, 4 x overhead tyre toss, big tyre flip for 1 rep again. Repeat as a density block for 10-15 mins. Something happens on the overhead throws and sprints - let me know if you notice it - barry@grapplefit.com
