I remember this day clearly. Sunny with temperatures over 100 degrees and me wearing black! I know, not the smartest of moves.

But I also remember the day clearly because of the man in the kitchen. Executive Chef David Penny leads a team of seasoned professionals at Inniskillin Winery, one of the most respected wineries in North America.

My boys at S7 Productions and I knew that Chef David was ready to greet us with a spectacular dish and a couple of glasses of wine, but what we didn't expect was that he was about to use Ice Wine as one of the ingredients!

Ice Wine, not just for drinking anymore.
