Nice! The record at my school (Jr. High) is 52 something. Great job! My best is 63 LOL. given, that was today at the first track meet I've been to IN MY LIFE, and the 2nd time I had run the 400m IN MY LIFE. STILL GREAT JOB :D

all i can say to most of the comments in this video is talk shit, get hit. That was a heaps good run stayed strong through out the whole race.

Im from England and i was 16 when i ran that race. That isn't exactly slow is it?
