Just having a hard day with the MS diagnosis and feeling a little sorry for myself. Hoping for better days soon!

  • I hope you are ok =(

  • Dear Niki,

take a day at the time and don't be too hard on yourself. If you are upset, mad, furious, confused, sad...well, it's all normal and its all ok. Everyone deals with things in different ways and I am sure you will find something that will work for you.

I wish you the very best and I will be thinking of you!

  • Hi Niki,

I have MS too and what I would say about being pissed off, is Be pissed off for a little while. You are young and some stupid disease has come along uninvited. Be angry & then use that anger for something good. If you feel like crap, then get yourself going in the morning just out of spite. I've had it for 4+ years and have been on Rebif for 3. I refuse to let MS stop me from anything, so set your mind to it that you will achieve all you've dreamed. Some dumb disease won't stop you!
