  • @brunt the swich;;seeing the delude aspect of all 'happenings' changes your mind forever.

    p.ess. there is no escape.

    thats whats so funny.

    completely empty with no escape!

  • An excellent explanation. I want to follow this way. That's the reality. Manjula

  • QUESTION - is becoming a monk escapist ? i mean isn't it running away from the world rather than using the world as a means of a mirror in which you can transform yourself? i mean isn't is so much easier not to feel envy for example when you dont have television to watch , or to be peaceful when not surrounded by narcissistic difficult types ? if a monk he was put back in the world again ? isnt' it the same as people leaving a retreat, once they go back to the world, the suffering returns ?

  • hi

  • reincarnation is one of the central and salient teachings of buddhism and presumably one of the most ill conceived and contentious subject amongst wannabe followers, the question is, can a person claim oneself to be a 'buddhist' without subscribing (at least not yet....) to this concept?

  • what if you pull the arrow out and you bleed to death from the wound?

  • You are a wonderful teacher and awe inspiring, thankyou for showing your right understanding and spending time making these vidoes.

    Ricky.

  • Hey Yuttadhammo, It would be interesting to hear about what your life was like before you first tried meditation... and how you have changed since.. Perhaps you have mentioned it before, but I haven't seen that video.

  • i wish some day ill get rid of all my attachments just like you did
