@prodigyofpeace1983 Shooting your mouth off makes you the asshole at the party. For the sake of historical accuracy:
1. JF plays guitars from many periods, unlike poor vintage idiots who just repeat interview quotes from other vintage idiots with more money. How do I know? I went to GIT, as did JF. You?
2. Ned POSTED he and JF are not buds. It was a business deal.
3. Ned replaced the neck, AS POSTED!
If you have time to post, you have time to read first. Stop gossiping like an old woman.

I seriously doubt that is John Frusciante's Strat. First John only plays guitars from the 1950s and 60s. Not replicas, or reproductions, but actual guitars made from that time period. Second he's not in your video so you have no proof John owns this guitar. And third, I seriously doubt John would play a fretless guitar with a glossy looking neck like that, so I call fake on this video.

Where do I get a neck like that????

i wonder if he has fret markers on the top of the neck. My fretless odesnt have any markers on it and im wondering if i should get some.

wow!
its even without the dots!
thats hard to play
Oh my god, u're frusciante's friend?!
This is a Fender strat?

No, we're not buds or anything, it was a straight business transaction, he has great people working for him. The guitar is a 59 hard-tail strat body with a replacement neck and glass fingerboard.

Is that a new or vintage body? It looks vintage but i cant see why any1 would take apart a vintage guitar and change it in such a major way. There is only a limited number of vintage strats and the number is only going down

We replaced the neck with a replacement vintage neck so we wouldn't harm the neck from the original 59 Hardtail Fender Strat.
