The SCARE WARS system by Joseph Reed is used to scare birds away from runways. It's a very loud propane cannon controlled by remote operators in the control tower of airports.

no doubt there are still airports using windows98, hell take a look at some of their mainframe systems. you're talking shit built in the late 70's and early 80's in some cases, even in this day.

There's a lot of slop in that cannon. Could have been made a bit better imo.
