I keep getting this outline of the background color around my character's face. How can I get rid of it?

Could it be that these faces only work with the RPG-Maker VX? I tried using it with the 2003 version and just have a black picture -.-

@rshackful May I then request a video response to prove that you are better? Also, you may wish to learn some basic grammar and spelling. It may help you in the future.
