Sad truth is, it looks like this guy will NEVER face any charges for this. Its called prosecutor immunity. Kinda makes me glad to be Canadian, though our judicial system is FAR from perfect.

I sent a letter to our Governator asking for an investigation. I hope many other people do as well, this is really sick.

This is only a small portion of what this county is like, (cowboy law enforcement )is not what it's called. As of late now they have taken to kill people (weekly) including children. They shot a 14 girl who was a spectator at a drag race, a 12 year old boy who stole his grandmas car.
It's a scary place to be. These people have gotten away with what ever they want, the Governor could care less.
No one will run against him for office, WHY IS THAT? scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LittlePinky82, I just watched this on MSNBC. I agree with you. I just found out that the prosecutor who charged all this inocent people was reelected 7 times and that he is still working for the Kern County in California(Bakefields is the town or city). Can you believe this? His name is ED JAGEL . Get this: this ED JAGEL was investigated for male child porn by a federal investigation right about that time that all these things happened

This pisses me off. It takes away from real child molesters. Nobody should have to go through this. I hope there's an investigation into that police department and all who was involved in this crime.
