All the new regulations have done on banks is to prevent smaller ones from competing what we should want is new banks starting up. There was no cap on what they can charge on interest imposed despite the fact we the taxpayer give the banks the money to lend out at nearly 0% interest rates I am for oversight when the laws are legally written by congress not unelected bureaucrats who aren't lawmakers
