This song is from the Pokemon Live! ost but I really thought it sort of fit Edea, Rinoa, Squall. The deeper voice should be thought of as Edea, a sort of mother-figure to Squall, who has been keeping the secret of what she is for so long and only tells him when it's too late. Rinoa laments Squall's distant nature and Squall is more talking about how he has to move on from the pain of his own past.
