This is both Elliot & Olivia's P.O.V on the car accident. Elliot's feelings towards how he almost lost the two women he loves along with his unborn son. Olivia's feelings that she has dedicated her life to putting away perps, and while she has been in the line of fire, a car accident is what almost kills her. Her & Elliot's only regret is that they never said how much they love each other.
