Here's a project I worked on for my Women Studies Class. We basically took a camera downtown at night and asked people about sexual harassment on campus. Little did we know, we were about to experience some ourselves...

  • "The reason we made this video was because we wanted to demonstrate that a lot of people, including girls, don't even know what the definition of sexual harassment really is."

    ***********

    Does anyone know the definition?

It seems to change with each new graduating class of lawyers.

  • just because there is an attraction does tat mean there should be no restraint?! It doesn't matter what sex you are, who you are attracted to or how they appear, there is no justification for grabbing at people or making lude rude comments.

  • This emphasizes one side of the story. Eg: Girls reach out and touch guys without asking too; their hair, clothes, arms, chests, etc etc. They tend to do a lot of psychological intimidation-slapping as well -hit on the back, arm or face. But,this video is seeking to assert the right of a female to decide if she LEGALLY accepts the advances of a male and grants him temporary access to her life -she will be able to terminate for any reason, any time. Brad Pitt notices her cleavage, super! You = jail

  • 99?% of men are creepy. End of story.

  • It's because of political correctness that men are vilified in the media. Everything is creepy to girls. Just because a man says hi to you doesn't mean he is going to rape you. I wish women luck in understanding reason and logic, because they are never going to get it. I've been called a creep simply because I cannot articulate myself due to having Aspergers. We're humans, too.

  • @itwillbealright Ohhh, ok, just found my comment. That said-- you read way too much into my comment, and what I just said stands. Women are at a huge disadvantage. But next time, please comment to someone who said something a little sooner, huh? My memory is shit!

  • @itwillbealright I don't even remember commenting on this, buddy. That said, feminism isn't about special treatment. It's about equality. That's all you'll find in the definition. I never said shit about special treatment, so maybe you sent your comment at the wrong person. I disagree with double standards. But, of course, there's a difference between hitting and beating.

  • @misstoad The fact that women fight for special treatment automatically puts the rest of a society or a community in a defensive stance against women. Why? If you need special treatment then why do you deserve to have any more of an advantage over anyone else? Women are treated very well in some aspects of life. For example, why is it more acceptable for a woman to hit a man than it is for a man to hit a woman? Double standards and protective legislation.

  • would they act the same if they were not drunk?o.O

  • So is sexual harassment the war on human nature? Honestly its a biological function to keep the human species alive. Though drunk assholes may hit on you they are not raping you and to be fair it is just a part of life. Although I would like to see my dog sue my neighbors dog for getting raped in my front yard.

  • that loud guy telling girls to take their shirts off is pretty good looking
