The  treasure belonged to Spain and an agreement should have been signed with the Spanish authorities in order to retrieve it ( as Odissey often does with British authorities ); anything else is plain stealing, so the judge did the right thing.

Well put, I think the same thing. I hear that the Spanish got all the Slver from stealing it. That's where it should go.

But, judges are bought off, Govt. are bought off. Say, where did Michlle Obama go on vacation about a year ago? And was treated like,,,,...well....A Queen..Spain.

Look for the Judges to be vacationing there soon.
