Back then they just changed it from beeing something you tinkered to your boots into beeing something you tinker to the belt instead.

Nice vid, im an 85 frosty (pvp). I like to hit death strike every 3rd hit or so... 8k heals at 85, so I don't pass up the opportunity to keep my health up. ;P
