  • yep bet the bus driver was like "it was the trains fault, I swear he came out of nowhere"

  • @urgod78 back pain can also kick in 10, 15, 20 years later so I'd sue them either way to make sure im taken care of. Just my oninion

  • they are not used to having trams or streetcars in their city... unlike cities like zurich, melbourne, milan...

  • @RyanChinchilla1992 it has the right of way because its easy to slam brakes on a car, but stopping a train takes a lot more effort

frankly if you can't notice that something bigger than a tractor trailer is about to hit you, then you need a new driver's license...

They would of liked to, but Houston is at sea level and it would be incredibly expensive to build, not to mention that there are tons of hurricanes and heavy rain that would flood the tunnels.

  • How did this happen?!??! I'll tell you how it happened the train has the right of way always!

  • Jesus Christ, Minneapolis has had their light rail for like eight years and we haven't had as many accidents as Houston has had on its light rail line in two years.

  • @operatuch Not always the case. I spoke to a driver at length we cut out after a crash. He was mobile and talking fine. 2 hours later he was dead! Don't be too quick to judge.

  • If you can talk to a camera, I don't think you need to be in a stretcher.
