acne for me is caused by stress and emotions, i use to have clear skin, but when my ex gf started playing up and lying and causing me so much pain thats when i broke out, now that im over that bitch my skin is starting to clear up

Personally I think acne is caused by too much fat in your diet...
But erm, natural diets like 811 raw veganism tackle way more issues too, so definitely worth it!
