Operating procedure:

Step 1:
To avoid mistakes in the installation process, please strictly follow these steps:
a) Install driver
b) Restart
c) Plug Digital PEN CAMERA into the USB port
d) Double click on the icon to start diver
Step 2:
Properly connect the DIGITAL PEN CAMERA to the computer and to rotate the dial on the USB cable to controls the brightness of the LED on the DIGITAL PEN CAMERA. After a short while you should see the image captured by the DIGITAL PEN CAMERA on the computer monitor.

What OS are you running? I bought the long flexible model and I can't get it to work with Vista. It did not come with any CD. It did recognize it and load driver when I plugged it in. Can't see image. Any help would be great!
