  • About 40 feet at the bottom of the spring. If you know where to go you can get deeper, but it's a squeeze. It's about 10 feet deep in the river that runs from the spring.

  • That certainly can be one of the benefits. But in this video, these guys were fighting a 2+ knot current. So here the DPV assists, keeping the divers from exhausting themselves and/or burning through their air.

  • isn't the point ofa dpv is so you don't have to kick?
