@Shiek927 Yeah, I like it now, but it's less exciting, less adventures, a bit too modern. I still a teen but I love older things. I remember when I was little and I made my brother play it because I was scared of the old man, the Shiva and the spider. Also the sound effects scared me. But that's kinda what made it fun! :D

There was just more magic back in the day...lesser technology meant less focus on the superficial stuff, like graphics, and more on imagination and having fun - that's not to say their are not many many fun games in today's day...but the mentality sure has changed since the old days, for better or worse.

Their was also alot more creative freedom back then wheres now, Gaming has become very mainstream and, because of it, very 'money money money', with less risks and more Call of Duty.

The magic has been gone since Core as replaced by Crystal Dynamics who has aimslessly put the franchise in every (bad) direction you can think of...The Angel of Darkness was the last original great TR game :(

@Mkdesignx I totally agree man, nowadays games are all about graphics, physix,... But what happend to gameplay, look at syphon filter, tomb raider,.. they all seem to have lost their way. Screw graphics, we want gameplay!!! i even liked the controls, they were way better than today's tomb raider controls, way to sensitive and unrealistic. Tomb raider 1.2 and 3 were epic, from then on it started going downhill... what a shame...

I wish a restyling of tomb raider 1-2-3 for ps3 with a badass graphic but without changin the gamestyle... fuck sake i will kill for that!!
