@Baoppu1 U FORGOT 2 SAY YOU HAVE TO WALK UP THE STAIRS, GO TO THE DOOR IN THE MIDDLE, THEN WERE MANY DOORS ARE, YOU GO TO THE ONE THAT HAS THE TV THEN YOU GO TO THE ALMOST LAST DOOR, ONE BEFORE THE LAST ONE, THERE, A LITTLE GHOST GIRL (SPOOKY) MUST APPEAR AT THE ROOM OF YOUR RIGHT. IF IT DOESN'T APPEAR, TRY GOING OUT AND ENTERING AGAIN SEVERAL TIMES. WHEN IT APPEARS, GO TO THE TV ROOM AGAIN, TALK TO THE TV AND ROTOM MAY APPEAR!!!!!!
NOTE: U HAVE TO HAVE ALL THE POKEDEX BEFORE U DO THAT

@ZblueboltZ No.In platinum at night go to Old Cheatoe or whatever ya spell it and go to the room with the TV talk to it and ull get Rotom without cheats.
