Travel to the playground in the center of Minefield.
- Optional Objective:
Retrieve and return a Frag Mine to Moira.

If you kill Arkansas you can get into all those buildings and there's almost 10 pre war books there. which will help later in this quest to give to that brotherhood girl and get loads of caps.

i find moira kinda funny, like i think its funny shes happy-go-lucky, it makes me kinda annoyed that "dream crusher" is such an awesome perk...WAIT I HAVE PC, CONSOLE COMMANDS FTW

@GenineM Wait until you reach Paradise Falls. You will be asked to enslave 4 VIP people including Arkansas. The other three are "important" to the game. Flak is a salesman and Red heals you for free. Arkansas is a stupid old man who needs to be a slave anyway
