I got my 16 gb refurb 2 weeks ago, loved it, had a slight problem so I had to exercise my warranty and they are sending me a new one immediately...Apple truly is an amazing company, from products to customer service :)

Yeah I really like the fact that they give exactly the same Warranty on 'brand-new' and refurbished products, other companies give an smaller warranty.
