Okay, so I just realized that on the 'fullscreen' clip, I pointed the arrow at the wrong thing. Sorry!
Another glittering tutorial, but this one is much easier to follow.

@noor6668 As stated in the intro, PSP is Paint Shop Pro. It's not Photoshop.
