Photos submitted by our members of their Marines for our Hero Display at the National MarineParents.com Conference in San Diego - 2009. Song - "We Know You're Out There" by the Kory Brunson Band (used with their expressed written permission.)
This is my all time favorite song for our Marines. I'm in charge of the "Official Huggers" in San Diego and at every deployment and homecoming that we go to this song plays in the back of my mind. Every time I see them in Formation I hear the "Have you ever looked in the eyes of 10,000 heroes". Yes I have and it humbles you and makes you so proud of these men.
AWESOME! Thanks Kory I am a Proud USMC Mom and will be ordering your CD! My son is currently in Afghanistan and appreciate your tribute to all our brave troops fighting so we can have our FREEDOM! God Bless the USA!
As a mother of a US Marine Stationed in North Carolina - Camp Lejune - I am so proud to know all these young men and women are fighting for our freedom(s). He will be going to Afghanistan in June, 2011 - I pray for ALL, a safe and speedy return.
I love you my son... and all your brothers and sisters of the Corps.
great video and photos! very inspiring. my son is a US Marine also, at New River. as much as I know he would have wanted to be out in the battle, he did his mission here, giving his bone marrow to his 8 year old brother last year, saving him from a rare terminal brain disease. God Bless all our military! no matter where they are.
As a parent of a marine currently deployed to afghanistan, let the world know that we support our armed forces and godspeed their safe return to their loved ones. Pass this video around to remind everyone of the sacrifices made each and every day by these heroes.
Excellent video. I have several deployments of my own. My thoughts and prayers to all the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines and families of those in country, and stepping off to be in country. I was a friend of Cpl. Jefferey Starr's. He is missed dearly. Semper Fi!
