FF6 SCC Cyan vs. Kefka (Tier 3)

I would consider this tier more of a test of how quick you can kill it, since you NEED to kill it quick for two reasons.
1. The top part (The girl) spams pearl wind like there's no tommorow which actually heals for the same amount of HP she has remaining. (Which starts at 9999) Thanks to ZeromusX for pointing that out. =)
2. This tier casts condemned, which you have no protection against with your current set, so you need to kill it before it does or before your timer ends.

Now the the top part only has 9999 HP but Pearl wind heals her and so does Merton when the other part casts it, so you're going to need a good amount to luck to deal with this tier. (And i did get lucky if you are wondering.)

Ah, maybe it does, i didnt really read into that ability much. But you're probably right, i remember it doing less and less healing as time went, i'll change the info and give you credits.

Pearl Wind is supposed to recover an amount equal to the caster's current HP, unless it's different in FFVI.
